    The shipping and handling costs shall be determined by several factors including the dimensions, weight, and destination postal or Zip code.     Claim and Return Policy

Returned products must have a return authorizationnumber obtained from CVI Second Forest Customer Service Department. We do not accept unauthorized returns sent C.O.D. Claim for refunds or exchanges must take place within 30 days from the date of purchase. In case of dispute, an independent arbitrator may be intricated for investigation and you may also be charged with a restocking fee on all returned merchandise.

    CVI Second Forest Bamboo Flooring Warranty For Residential Use

    Warranty applies to CVI Second Forest bamboo flooring imported ands installed in residential buildings. The manufacturer warrants that when CVI Second Forest bamboo flooring products are professionally installed according to INSTALATION INSTRUCTIONS FOR CVI LAMINATED FLOORING (1813000) and proper maintenance guidelines (1813002) are followed under the supervision of an appointed CVI local flooring installer or sub-contractor, a structure warranty will be guaranteed for twenty-five (25) years to the buyer or owner of the first structure in which the flooring is installed. This warranty will not cover scratches, reduction in the shine and finish, or damage to the finish caused by problems to the underlying sub-flooring.
